Event Management
Our simplest package gives you the control to plan your event, but lets you relax on the wedding day. A Southern Skies coordinator will be on site to handle set-up, serve as point person for all vendors, and ensure your event flows smoothly and on time. The coordinator takes care of your family and friends (bridal party included) so they can spend their time doing more important things- like celebrating you! Your coordinator is available to provide guidance throughout the planning process, with a face-to-face meeting and unlimited email/phone support leading up to your big day.

• Personal vendor recommendations based on your unique style & budget Catering, Hair, Makeup, Dessert, Music, Officiant, Transportation, Hotel, Photography, Videography & more!
• Vendor contract review & negotiation guidance
• One venue walk-through with you and your vendors (as applicable)
• One face-to-face meeting (3 months from wedding day) to make sure all the details are covered
• Floor plan, Timeline & Ceremony creation
• $25 Southern Skies décor rental credit (check out the décor we have for you to use!)
• Décor set up & clean up
• Unlimited email & phone support
• Vendor follow up to confirm event details
• Wedding rehearsal
• Oversee wedding day from start to finish
